Making sense of the life that is the teenage years is a crucial process of self-discovery, when choices concerning professional routes and personal preferences come together. Boys and girls have their fair share of difficulties among the ups and downs. But how each gender approaches these challenges often differs significantly. It is not unusual for young men in today's culture to struggle with inner anguish in private, unwilling to burden others with their suffering.  

  

We, as a group of young men alone, chose a theme that was very relevant to our own lives. Given that the story of teenagers challenges crosses gender lines, we decided to investigate this issue. Everyone handles suffering differently, whether it's from heartbreak or the death of a loved one. Teenage life's great stress may either mold a person into a strong adult or cause them to crumble under the weight of it all.  

  

When creating our main character, we went with the cliché of the cheerful youth hiding his internal conflict behind a brilliant grin. The contrast between his apparently casual attitude and chaotic circumstances in his bedroom illustrates the intricacies of his mental condition. Exactness in attire selection was crucial in expressing the character's psychological development. Everything was well thought out, from the solemn all-black clothing that symbolized tension to the purity symbolized by a white shirt in happy situations.
